The Eagle Creek Fire was human caused and began from the use of fireworks on the Eagle Creek Trail on September 2, 2017 at approximately 6 pm. This location is approximately one mile south of Cascade Locks Oregon in the Columbia River Gorge and just east of Corbett Oregon.
