Seedless Low Sugar Jams

All our jams are made in a licensed kitchen with berries that are grown locally. The jams are low in sugar and seedless. The six kinds are;

Wild Blackberry :: Marionberry
Boysenberry :: Raspberry
Loganberry :: Tayberry*

( Plum and Strawberry Jam are also available in season )

* Tayberry is a jam developed in Scotland and named for the Tay River. The hybrid was developed by crossing the Oregon Blackberry and the English Red Raspberry.

 

Our Delicious Syrups and Apple Butter

The six kinds of syrup we offer are;

Blackberry :: Marionberry
Boysenberry :: Red Raspberry
Loganberry :: Tayberry

Depending on the amount of natural pectin in the berries in each batch, the syrups will sometimes be thicker or thinner. If it is ever too thick for your tastes - simply put it in the microwave or heat it in water and then serve.

Our Delicious Raspberry Vinegar

It is wonderful made up as raspberry poppy seed
vinaigrette and we include our recipe for the dressing!
